From an obviously well stored bottle, as the cork was in great shape and far better shape than most from this time period. Yet, I was amazed at how light in color this was, a very pale ruby with a large clear edge. While it had a nice expressive nose, the palate was light bodied, lean, very simple, and very spirity, very little complexity and fully mature. I don't see this getting any better at all and if you own them I'd recommend drinking sooner rather than later. It's been awhile since I've last had this, wasn't impressed then and not impressed now.
