Decant: 3 hours - Mid-red in colour, 55% opaque. Attractive on the nose, showing some spicy eucalyptus over candied figs; grows to a considerable volume in the glass. Slightly hollow on entry, initially lacking in fruit but this slowly changes on the palate until a sweet redcurrant and fruity acidity dominate. Acid burns briefly on the aftertaste, before a long and sweet finish of good length with soft tannins takes over. Showing very well. Guessed by others to be BBR83 (SW83), QH85, T83. 89 points
