Decant: Not Known - 70% opaque, deep red in colour and with a spicy nose, full of curry leaves and juniper. Subdued entry, but gradually a lot of sweet fruit develops, held in check by fierce tannins. Less well balanced than anticipated. Dry aftertaste and a huge long sweet fruit finish. Less impressive than previous bottles - but still a decade away from maturity. 92 points
