1963 Graham Vintage Port

Post by Al B. »

Decant: 6 hours - Burnished gold in colour, 40% opaque. A little subdued on the nose, but opens up with work to show attractive redcurrants and lemongrass. Soft and sweet entry, with flavours that are initially mild but slowly grow to fill the palate and eventually turns into a big wine with great development. Big aftertaste, dominated by dry cedar and intense kumquat. Lovely wine. Served blind and guessed to be the Graham. 88 points
