Decant: Not Known - Deep red, but starting to mellow and with a slight lightening on the rim; 90% opaque. Not revealing much on the nose, some redcurrant and perhaps a touch of VA that adds a dose of concentrated perfume to the nose. Modest body, soft tannins balance the sweet raspberry fruit and there is a decent core of acidity. Chewy finish of nut skins and raspberry seeds with an interesting orange zest bitterness. Drinking nicely now. 89 points
