1934 Quinta do Noval Vintage Port

Post by Al B. »

Decant: 6 hours - Shared with the team from Tedo. Deep brown colour, with a red hint in the centre; 90% opaque. Attractive on the nose, with floral tones and mint over faint fruit. Concentrated entry and an attractive texture. Big levels of acidity on the palate, full of concentrated orange zest. With patience, the palate keeps growing, the fruit keeps concentrating and the acidity keeps adding new layers of spiciness. The acidity is quite pronounced on the aftertaste and preceeds a huge, fruity and sweet finish. An amazing port. 98 points
