1977 Taylor Vintage Port

Decant: 24 hours double decant - Mature red in colour, 50% opaque. Spicy junipers on the nose, with lovely sweet fruit. Mouthfilling entry, with vigorous tannins. This is a big port with a lovely texture and flavours that are well balanced. Very big aftertaste and a terrific length that is stuffed full of flavours. Fabulous port, really enjoyable. Served blind, this was guessed to be D63, T70, T66, "no idea", "something weird from the early '90s" S70 and D63. 94 points
