The colour of burnt sugar, with a distinctly green rim. Nosing of Golden Syrup and almonds. Sweet and thick in the mouth, rich and sweet flavours of figs and dates but with an enjoyable offsetting lime acidity. Slightly hollow on the immediate aftertaste, but the finish is long and generous and based around burnt sugar. Pleasant drinking. 85 points
