2009 and 2004 are my two favorite versions of the Crasto Vinha Velha Reserva. Then again 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 weren't too bad either! :winepour:

hmmm...with all this enthusiasm i'm beginning to think my lone 6-pack of this is not enough, considering its (relatively) reasonable price!

I've already just about gone through my 07s - probably all drunk far too young and i'll no doubt kick myself when i come round to my remaining bottles in a few years!

Rob,

The 2009 has a significant uptick in the declassified Vinha da Ponte old vine field blend juice that went into the Reserva. If you can find it, you won't regret having more, that is for sure.
