Decant: 7 hours - Deep burnished gold with an orange rim. Subdued on the nose, but swirling releases a lovely burst of sweet tobacco and rose hips. Sweet entry, with a caressing texture but the acidity dominates the mid-palate. The fruit comes through late on the palate and is full of dried apricots. Very long finish, full of dry cranberry and apricots. 86 points
