1970 Graham Vintage Port

Decant: 8 hours - A mildly compromised bottle, showing signs of slight leaage. Deep red colour, with a bricking rim; 60% opaque. Nosing of dusty cherries, with a slight tang of eucalyptus. Lovely texture, gentle velvet before the pronounced acidity shows through. Good concentration fo flavour and intensity of sweet fruit and Christmas cake. Long, gentle (but intense) fruit dominated aftertaste of great length. Very good port. 93 points
