Not had this is a bit so wanted to check in on it. Lovely nose of pie crust and fresh fruit. The oak has really subsided and not noticeable on the nose with this bottle. Wonderfully balanced fruit, minerality, and tannins this gained complexity over the 2 hours it took for the bottle to be gone. My impression is its starting to shed some of the baby fat and pull together into a more seamless experience.
