1990 Grahams Quinta dos Malvedos

Post by Bill Spohn »

1990 Grahams Quinta dos Malvedos Port – medium colour, ripe sweet nose without the heat I’d noted when I tasted it about 3 years ago. Medium body, mild tannins, long sweet fruit and cocoa finish. Very presentable.

Do you think this is peaking or still has a ways to go?

My guess is that it is now on plateau and will hold for some years. I'm not sure that further aging will result in any improvement over what it shows today.
