Decant: 1 ½ hours - Half bottle; bottled in 2009. Deep red, opaque. Sour cherries on the nose, inviting and making the mouth water. Modest bodied impact; initially a touch sour but sweetness and black chocolate tannins develop on the mid-palate. Rich and mouthfilling flavours, full of black cherry. A big burst of acidity on the aftertaste before a long, black chocolate finish. Jolly good port. 88 points
