Decant: Not Known - Shown at the Dalva wine bar in Vila Nova de Gaia. Bottled 2012. Very pale, a light straw colour. Nicely developed nose showing a touch of VA and a touch of petrol. More assertive on the palate than the '71 with lots of tobacco and cedar, followed by a powerful bitter-orange marmalade. Big on the finish, with powerful bitter-sweet pineapple - very, very long! 92 points
