Decant: 5 hours - Orange colour, slight greening on the rim. 15% opaque and slightly cloudy. Antiseptic nose, lots of ozone. The antiseptic mixed with orange peel dominates the early palate and leads to a harshness on the mid-palate from the cutting acidity. A sharp dose of bitters shows on the aftertaste and finish, but this changes into a lovely ginger biscuit of impressive length. 82 points
