Decant: Not known - Burnt barley sugar colour; 20% opaque. Subdued nose, showing little. Caramel on the palate, then a strong acidity cuts through the flavours. Plenty of grapefruit and brown sugar. The brown sugar shows on the finish, this time cut with a pleasant woody core. 85 points
