Decant: 2 hours - Modest red centre, very slightly cloudy. Lovely nose, attractive and mature; gentle, smokey fruit and very gentle spirit. Gentle on the palate, with soft, sweet raspberries with a bit of birch sap on the late palate. Fabulous development and complexity. Lovely strawberry jam, then a strong lime acidity that finally finishes with sticky strawberry. 93 points
