1927 Taylor Vintage Port

Post by Al B. »

Decant: 3 hours - Lovely red colour, orange rim; 70% opaque. Burnt toast and raspberries on the nose. Delicate and elegant on the palate, developing to show a coffee undertone with lots of fruit. Heat on the aftertaste, then a soft finish of dry and gentle coffee. Lovely complexity. A nice port, dry and surprisingly elegant for a Taylor blend. 95 points
