Thick and concentrated on the palate, then a searing acidity bites the tongue. Layer after layer of flavour and complexity. Patience just makes this stunning. A big burst of heat on the aftertaste then a long - very long - concentrated bitter marmalade finish. Absolutely brilliant. 94 points
