Decant: 12 hours - From magnum. Deep magenta in colour, opaque. Concentrated ripe fruit on entry; the ripe tannins support huge levels of sweet blackcurrant and lavender. The tannins grow and grow, but are always in proportion to the impressive levels of fruit, which is huge and really impressive. The ripe acidity shows on the aftertaste with dry blackcurrant skin tannins dominating before a long, sweet and sticky blackcurrant fruit finish. Deeply impressive. 93 points
