I just picked-up a 6 pack of Taylor's LBV 2000 for £47 at Waitrose - normal retail for this wine is around £66.
I have had a few of these over the summer straight from the fridge and it is a very respectable filtered LBV. Alex would obviously only use this for rinsing his decanter before filling it with some 1963 that he managed to blag off an old lady
Morrison's are selling the Taylor LBV 2000 and 2001 @ £7.99 per bottle
I am at this moment drinking the 2001 in a hotel room. On first tasting I don't think it is as good as the 2000 but I have bought 2 bottles and still have a few of the 2000's left at home so will do a side by side tasting just to be sure.
