TN: 2007 Quinta do Crasto Douro

Post by Andy Velebil »

Enjoying this, my last bottle, of this entry level Crasto Douro red wine tonight with pasta and sun dried tomatoes. Just enough red fruit to keep this from being too lean or tart. Even though I don't think this sees any oak, it has some zingy spices which give this a bit of depth. The soft tannins make a late appearance on the finish.
