TN: 1970 Cockburn Vintage Port

Decant: 4 hours - Clear centre but deep in colour, holding into the rim. A touch of VA on the nose. In the mouth this is warm and rich, with lots of ripe and sweet redcurrant fruit. Very full and mouthfilling and with a good body structure. Powerful development in the mouth with tannins still showing through. The aftertaste is long and dominated by fruit, going through two or three flavour phases. 90 points
