Decant: ½ hour - Bottled 2006. Pale honey colour centre with a pale green rim. Fragrant and floral nose, slightly alcoholic, with lovely honey and lemon tones. Sweet entry with clover honey showing everywhere. Huge lemon juice acidity with quince slices floating in it. The aftertaste is strong, clear and dominating with a lovely creme brulee vanilla and caramalised sugar flavoured length. A very fine colheita. 91 points
