Decant: Pop 'n' pour - Mid red colour, light rim and a clear centre. Closed on the nose, but swirling releases some redcurrant and juniper. Moderately dry on impact, restrained fruit but full of spiciness and pepper. Some soft tannins on the palate and masses of juicy citrus fruit. Delicious aftertaste, an immediate palate filling impression followed by a long and enjoyable finish, full of coffee and cranberry. Very enjoyable and drinking beautifully. 89 points
