Decant: 4 hours - Slightly more red on the rim than the regular 2007. Very fruity nose, full of white cherry and lavendar; really fascinating nose. Very soft texture, full of sweet fruit. Tannins are soft and almost completely masked, taking a long time to develop their many layers. Very long and elegant aftertaste, lots of fruit around a core of dry cherry stones. Simply fabulous. 92 points
