Decant: 104 hours - Ripe and sweet nose of over-ripe pineapple and cust grass. Sweet fruit on entry, with dry but gentle tannins appearing quickly. Delicious layers of fruit, which just keep on coming. The aftertaste is a little empty initially, but the flavours coalesce into a lovely dark chocolate and sweet summer pudding finish. Tasty today, and with a long future ahead of it. 90 points
