Tasted with Gonçalo Devesas at C. da Silva in Vila Nova de Gaia on 03-OCT-2010 as part of the 2010 Port Harvest Tour.

1967 Dalva Rui Paula Colheita
bottled 2009

Tanned tawny. Bright and clean. A bit on the dry side for me. Lots of meyer lemon and tangerine. A bit more caramel flavor would bump it a couple of points, but still excellent.

Great acidity in this fine Colheita. I liked it a lot and found it worth investing in.
