I sure hope Portugal does not go to a single varietal way like California or really try to market specific grapes.
Another ace in the hat for Portuguese wines is their aging potential and price. Younger collectors can really build up a cellar of wines that will age gracefully and not cost an arm & leg to build up. To me, it seems weird that it's Douro and Alentejo that get most talk and less with Dao. Does anyone else notice that too?
