2007 Quinta do Tedo Grande Reserva Douro DOC
100% new oak that is still protruding a little bit at this stage, but not out of line. The longer I sipped this wine the more it opened up and expanded and the more I liked this. It put on more weight and structure and the finish lengthened considerably. A wine that should reward another 5 years before it starts truly showing itself and should easily hold for 12+ more years after that.
91-92 points.
