From a 375ml bottle that was decanted 5 hours. The color is showing some bricking with the nose more tawny like with licorise, maple, and raisins. The palate shows far more mature than 750ml bottles I've had as this 1/2 bottle is more tawny-like with brown sugar, maple, and spice. A lighter finish has good acidity and a touch of rough spirit but despite that it has a rather lengthy finish. This 1/2 bottle is consistent with others I've had and based on my experience it's time to drink these up as they won't get any better. However, the same isn't true of the full size bottles which are still on the up swing.
