TN: 2007 Quinta do Vallado Touriga Nacional Douro

A last minute choice so I didn't have time to decant it, pop and pour and consumed over a couple hours. Soft creamy kirsch fruit and moderate tannins lead into darker fruit and plenty of minerality on the elegant finish. Drinks well now and should develop over the next 8-10 years.

I'd be interested to see what you'd think with a longer decant.

Found a sweet deal on a last case of this. Is this the same vintage which was served on the Harvest tour? I liked both TN vintages we have and it showed how well they age.

Don't have my notes in front of me, but IIRC we had the 2007 and 2008.
