Re: Some older Ports for sale

Post by Roy Hersh »

Both Eric M. and I met Theodore this past summer at my brother's home where a crazy afternoon of food & wine debauchery took place.

Those prices are crazy good and I wish I had the money to invest in that 1948, as I've had it a handful of times in the past and it is truly one of the greatest old Taylor's still in amazing shape today. I can't vouch for these bottles except to say that I know they are now in Ted's possession.

Wow, 1948 Taylor is one of the best. [notworthy.gif]

Sure you don't want to save it for yourself?

Sometimes selling a few bottles of wine is easier than explaining to the wife where the money went. [beg.gif]

I have another purchase to settle first, but the Taylor looks very attractive.
