Bottled in 2008. I can't recall ever having had this vintage of Dow's Colheita before. While the indoor lighting wasn't great, it appeared a very light brown color with some just barely noticable green on the edge. Nuts, rich carmel, and brown sugar on the nose. Toffee, praline, and brown sugar dominated the palate, while sweet was kept in check by some moderate acidity. A bit simple overall with a slightly clipped finish, this was a still an enjoyable bottle.
