Decant: Not Known - 90% opaque; deep red in colour, solid rim. Blackcurrants on the nose, subdued but distinct. Restrained entry, dry tannins showing strongly, subdued mid-palate fruit. Big and mouthfilling presence. Hot aftertaste, preceding a big dry-blackcurrant finish of good length. Restrained - perhaps a little closed - but with lots of potential. 90 points
