Decant: 6 hours - Mature red colour, paling on the rim; 90% opaque. Red cherry nose, slightly medicinal. Sweet entry, a little light bodied, but sweet with a modest acidity that doesn't quite support the wine effectively. It does develop with patience to reveal a core of sweet dates and sour cherry stones. The aftertaste tingles, with soft tannins and black cherry stones.
