1970 Martinez Vintage Port

Post by Al B. »

Decant: Not Known - Mid red colour, pale rim; 40% opaque. Typical Martinez nose of candied cherry and huge perfume due to a slight touch of VA or perhaps bake. Restrained flavours on the palate, very sweet on the mid-palate with masses of candied cherry. Modest aftertaste and a soft finish of modest length. This is tasty port that makes for good, current drinking. 86 points
