1963 Ferreira Vintage Port
Bottled by the Norwegian wine monopoly. The uncle of a friend bought a pallet of these upon release, and they have only moved once. Somewhat anonymous smell; younger than the Fonseca, pronounced raisin, wonderful dark berry fruit, pleasing. However, I have had better, i.e. more complex, bottles of this. 92 points

Knowing the elegance of Ferreira and although never really tannic when young, they seamlessly tend to age so gracefully. I'd love to try a bottle of the 1963. I just about never see it around though. Thank you for the TN, Lars! ![Toast [cheers.gif]](./images/smilies/cheers.gif)
