Challenge Your Senses With The Wines Of Portugal
Discover a world of difference with more than 150 wines

Wines of Portugal invites you to their Annual Grand Tasting in San Francisco on Monday, June 4, 2012.

You don’t want to miss this chance to go Around Portugal in 80 sips because you can truly discover a world of difference with more than 150 wines from tantalizing dry reds from Bairrada to the delicious whites of the Minho, and progressive offerings from Tejo, Lisbon, Alentejo and Duoro.

The grand tasting starts at 5:30 pm. Iberian appetizers will be served to provide the nourishment you need after a hard day of work. Not only will you get to taste a fabulous array of wines, you will also be doing your part to support Meals on Wheels of San Francisco as net proceeds from ticket sales will support this worthy cause.

Tickets are $40 for general admission and the first 100 ticket purchasers get a signed copy of the Tablehopper’s guide to SF dining and drinking.

Mention code BOTTLENOTES for a 20% discount.

Venue: Terra Gallery, 511 Harrison Street, San Francisco, CA. $15 valet parking per vehicle or complimentary for VIP ticket holders.
Ambition driven by passion, rather than money, is as strong an elixir as is Port. http://www.fortheloveofport.com

Sadly, we'll be out of town (out of state even) on that Monday. Otherwise, I'd have been up for taking a day off work for a nice drive to SF!
