Part of a mini-vertical of three Quinta do Portal LBVs made at my cottage during the summer with family and friends.
Decanted 2 hrs. A lot of sediments. Medium to dark red with a light rim. Deep fruity aroma, more than what is normal for LBVs. Full body. Elegant, a lot of berries in the taste, a bit dry towards the end. Long aftertaste. A “big” port. 91 pts.
