Only opened for 3 hours before tasting. A little clumpy sediment. Color was deep purple color, bright on the edge. Light black pepper on the nose over infused dark berry. Taste has touch of cassis, a touch of rhubarb, light minerality within a cascade of dark berries. The taste seemed layered--the wine presents as only moderately viscous, indeed the first sip seemed thin yet offered full flavors. Moderate finish, moderately tannic. Just superb.
Still have some left to revisit in the next few days.

Any Port in a storm!
Re: 2009 Grahams Malvedos
Had two glasses left on Day 3. The exposure time did this no justice--the flavors just mashed together and there were no layers of flavor, just one pretty good one but it was not too interesting (all I can equate this to is certain soups do this after a few days--everything tastes like everything else in the bowl). My advice is at this point to drink it up within a day or two.
