Decant: 9 days - Deep red, dark brown rim. Nosing of dusty lavender; Slightly soapy on entry, interesting texture; shows raisins and prunes on the palate and an odd acidity. Soap shows on the aftertaste, before the gently tingling black licorice finish begins. Odd, but not objectionable. 84 points
