Decant: 24 hours - Too dark to properly make out the colour. Attractive nose, well developed showing plums and sage. Rich and sweet mouthfeel, with spicy acidity on the mid-palate. Rich plum flavours but a dry tannin holds firm through the entire palate. A touch hot on the aftertaste, but this opens to a very attractive and very long dark chocolate and sweet blackcurrant finish. Deliciously pepper! Tasty, but still so young and vigorous. 88 points
