Decant: 1 hour - Cachucha white reserve (approx. 7 yrs old). Barley sugar in colour, but with an off-putting plastic resin nose. Thick and enjoyable texture, with honey flavours and nice acidity; full-bodied and mouthfilling on the palate but disappointing and hollow on the finish. 75 points
