Decant: 8½ hours - Modest red colour, lighter rim; 40% opaque. Empty on the nose, virtually nothing showing, just a slight grapiness. Modest entry, restrained attack. Pleasantly sweet but with a lovely honey flavoured acidity providing support. Good balance to the gently perfumed flavours. Lightly flavoured aftertaste and finish. A very pleasant palate making a nice wine, but still one which will improve with more time in the cellar. 89 points
