This is lighter version of the Manoella vinhas velhas, and costing just a fraction (only 25 % of the vv-price). 2010 is the first vintage of this wine.
Decanted 1.5 hrs. Dark bluered colour. Aroma full of flowers, berries and oak. Medium body. Taste again the nice Douro mix of oak and berries. Lacking some depth. Nice tannins, well integrated acid. Relatively long aftertaste. 87 pts.
