Tasted blind in a lineup of 1983 Vintage Ports.
Uniform ruby color with good clarity. This is a bit of a cooked aroma, along with eucalyptus and berry. In the mouth there is sweet fruit, dried fruit, caramel and brown sugar. This is more developed than its color would lead one to believe, but very nice. 92 points.
