1963 Quinta do Sibio Vintage Port
A pale ruby with light flowers on the nose. The palate started out quite sweet then a lot of searing heat took over, fiery I wrote. Then dried tobacco made an appearance, yet lacking in complexity. Simple yet pleasant on its own, however in this company of other 1963’s it suffered.
