Hunter & Oliver bottling, 3 hour decant.
First aroma is of a musty closet, with some alcohol warmth, some wood, and maybe a hint of leather. Tangy juicy, cherry, with some tannin; then some cinnamon and bay leaf. The aroma is developing nicely, and later reveals some cola and hard candy. 93 points. Later there was a slight off-aroma of cured meat/salami.
